1 large yellow onion ((or 2 small yellow onions))
2 lbs baby gold potatoes ((can substitute fingerling potatoes) )
4 garlic cloves (pressed)
1 1/2 tbsp ground mustard
1/2 tbsp ground coriander
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp canola oil (or vegetables oil)
