•
1 3.4 oz instant lemon pudding mix (dry)
•
1 cup sour cream
•
4 large eggs
•
1/2 cup oil
•
1/4 cup lemon juice
•
1/4 cup water
•
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips (optional)
•
2 8-oz packages of cream cheese, softened
•
1/2 cup butter, softened
•
2 tsp vanilla extract
•
3-4 cups powdered sugar
•
Raspberries and mint leaves for garnish, if desired
