INGREDIENTS
4 cups King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup Baker's Special Dry Milk
1/4 cup potato flour or cornstarch, or 1/2 cup instant potato flakes
3 tablespoons King Arthur Easy-Roll Dough Improver; optional, but helpful for rolling
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup lukewarm water
1 cup sour cream
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons Buttery Sweet Dough Flavor or vanilla extract
1 cup Baker's Cinnamon Filling* mixed with 1/4 cup water*

1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup Sticky Bun Sugar*
1 cup diced pecans or walnuts
