3/4 cup couscous
•

2/3 cup boiling water
•
1 cup Israeli Couscous
•
4 medium plum tomatoes, quartered
•
1 teaspoon brown sugar
•
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
•
1 cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
•
2 tablespoons roughly chopped oregano
•
3 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
•
2 cups of small tomatoes, halved (use as many colors and varieties of tomatoes as you can find).
