INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon McCormick Gourmet™ Garlic Powder, California

2 1/2 to 3 pounds cross-cut veal shanks
2 ounces chopped pancetta, about 1/4 cup
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 carrots, coarsely chopped
1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
1 rib celery, coarsely chopped
2 teaspoons McCormick Gourmet™ Thyme
1 teaspoon McCormick Gourmet™ Allspice, Ground Jamaican
1 cup dry red wine
2 cups Kitchen Basics® Original Veal Stock
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
2 teaspoons grated lemon peel
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
