Oreo Ice Cream Cake Recipe

3 quarts vanilla ice cream, softened in the refrigerator (about an hour or until you can stick a spoon in easily)

15 Oreos(or similar) cookies
•
Decorating
•
Whipping cream 1L (Whipped)
•
Oreo Cookies
•
Chocolate Icing
•
3/4 cup butter, cubed
•
6 ounces unsweetened bakers chocolate
•
6 cups confectioners' sugar
•
3/4 cup milk
•
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
