INGREDIENTS

Crust:

1 1/2 cups Oreos, crushed well (about 1/2 package)

1/4 cup butter
•
Filling:
•
3 packages cream cheese, softened
•
1 cup sour cream
•
1 1/2 cups sugar
•
4 eggs, lightly beaten
•
2 teaspoons vanilla
•
A whole package Double stuffed Oreos, crushed
•
Topping (optional):
•
1 cup sour cream
•
1/4 cup granulated sugar
•
Dark Chocolate Hot Fudge:
•
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
•
1/4 cup brown sugar
•
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder
•
1 cup chopped dark or semi-sweet chocolate (or chocolate chips)
•
4 tablespoons butter
•
1 teaspoon vanilla
•
Mix the condensed milk, brown sugar, and cocoa powder together in a saucepan. Cook until it begins to boil. Remove from heat and stir in the chocolate, butter, and vanilla. Store in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
