  • 3 1/2 Cup all purpose flour
  • 8 Teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup white sugar
  • 1/4 Teaspoon salt
  • 10 Tablespoon unsalted butter (1 stick plus 2 tablespoons)
  • Zest of one large orange
  • 1 Teaspoon fresh squeezed orange juice
  • 1 Cup milk
  • 1/2 Cup sour cream
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon milk
  • 2 Cup confectioners sugar
  • 2-4 Tablespoon of fresh squeezed orange juice
