INGREDIENTS
FOR THE CUSTARD:
1 can (14 Oz. Size) Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
1 whole Egg, Lightly Beaten
1 Tablespoon Gelatin
1 Tablespoon Water
4 Tablespoons Orange Juice
1 can (15 Oz. Size) Sliced Peaches In Juice, Cut Into ½" Pieces (Reserve Juice For Syrup Below)
FOR THE SYRUP:
½ cups Sugar
½ cups Water
1 piece 1/2" Ginger
2 Tablespoons Rum
¼ cups Juice From The Canned Peaches
FOR THE FINAL ASSEMBLY:
1 whole 9x13 Sponge Cake, Cut Horizontally Through The Middle, Making 2 Cakes
1-½ cup Heavy Whipping Cream
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1 can (4 1/2 Oz. Size) Mandarin Oranges
