4 cups unbleached flour

2 cups semi-sweet or dark chocolate chunks
•
1 cup sugar, plus extra for rolling
•
1 cup powdered sugar
•
1 cup canola oil
•
2 extra large eggs, lightly beaten
•
2 teaspoons orange zest
•
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1 teaspoon baking powder
•
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
•
Look for bags of pre-cut chocolate chunks near the chocolate chips at your supermarket. Otherwise, buy a good quality dark chocolate bar and cut into chunks with a sharp knife.
