INGREDIENTS

For the sauce:

1/2 cup orange juice
•
1 tbsp orange zest
•
2 large cloves garlic
•
1 tbsp oyster sauce
•
2 tbsps rice vinegar
•
2 tbsps soy sauce
•
1 tsp minced ginger
•
sugar, honey or agave as you like (not necessary)
•
For the stir-fry:
•
1 pound chicken tender cut into cubes
•
3 tablespoons cornstarch
•
4 cups chopped fresh vegetables: mushrooms, celery, carrots, snap peas or broccoli.
•
1/2 cup medium yellow onion, chopped
•
1 tbsp olive oil
•
salt and pepper as you like
