"I brought this Orange Chess Pie to a potluck luncheon. Several of the women had never even heard of a chess pie. Never the less, they all loved it. I kept hearing over and over, it was perfect because it's not too sweet. Unfortunately for my family, I was only allowed to bring home a tiny sliver. It didn't matter, because this Orange Chess Pie is so easy to make that I can make another one in no time...."

INGREDIENTS
2 cups sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon cornmeal
---- 4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 cup milk
zest and juice of 1 orange
1/4 cup* orange juice
