INGREDIENTS

spaghetti (enough for 4 adults)

6 breakfast sausages, chopped into ½ inch pieces
•
2 medium onions, thinly sliced
•
4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
•
1 large tomato, diced
•
handful baby carrots chopped
•
½ green pepper, sliced
•
10 or so white mushrooms, chopped
•
handful fresh basil leaves, whole
•
handful fresh oregano leaves, whole
•
several cranks of the pepper grinder
•
¼ cup white wine (to deglaze pan - you can do this with water or broth)
•
3 to 4 cups chicken broth (to cover all ingredients in pan)
•
fresh parmesan cheese, grated (to garnish)
