2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 10- ounce can diced tomatoes with green chilies and chipotle peppers (I used RO*TEL)
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Juice of 2 limes
¼ cup chopped cilantro
2 cups sliced zucchini
