One-Pot Mac and Cheese - The Defined Dish - Recipes

INGREDIENTS
2 cups water
2 cups milk
2 tbsp. butter (preferably grassfed)
12 oz. dried pasta (elbow, fusilli, or bowtie work well)-- I use Jovial Gluten Free Brown Rice Pasta
1/2 tsp. kosher salt, or more to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 cup mild shredded cheese
