One-Pot Garlic Parmesan Summer Pasta Recipe

INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts (pounded to 1/4 inch even thickness)
2 tablespoons blackened seasoning (see notes for my homemade recipe)
10 oz. angel hair pasta
4 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons butter
6 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
2 cups chicken broth
1 1/3 cup milk OR half & half
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated (plus more for topping)
Fresh Parsley (to garnish)
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 lemon (zested and cut into wedges)
