One Pot Cod, Cabbage and Edamame

INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
3 scallions, white and light green parts, sliced
3 cups finely shredded green cabbage, preferably savoy
1 cup finely chopped carrots
Coarse or kosher salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 cup fresh orange juice, divided
2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
2 cups frozen shelled edamame, defrosted (see Note)
6 6-ounce pieces skinless cod filets
1/4 cup minced Italian parsley
