4 skin on, bone in chicken thighs
kosher salt and black pepper
1 medium yellow onion, (chopped)
3 cloves garlic, (minced)
1/2 cup white wine
8 oz orzo
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 cups low or no sodium chicken stock
1 bunch asparagus, (trimmed and cut into bite sized pieces)
1 cup frozen peas
1 lemon
