One-Pan Tuna Pasta With Sun-dried Tomatoes Is An Explosion Of Flavor

INGREDIENTS
8 oz. long pasta such as bucatini, linguine or spaghetti
Kosher salt
1 c. sun-dried tomatoes, preferably not in oil
1 tbsp. capers
3 garlic cloves, peeled 
6 anchovies
1/4 c. extra-virgin olive oil
1 (6.7-oz) jar of tuna in olive oil, or 1 (5-oz.) can of tuna in olive oil
2/3 c. mixed olives, pitted and torn into small pieces
1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
