2 tbsp cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp fresh ginger (grated)
1/4 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp vegetable oil
12 ounces broccoli florets
1/4 cup water
thinly sliced green onions (garnish, optional)
sesame seeds (garnish, optional)
