INGREDIENTS
8 oz. Spaghetti
7 cups Chicken stock
2 cups Cherry tomatoes (halved)
6 oz. Spinach (washed)
3 Garlic cloves (minced)
1/2 cup White Wine, dry (I used Chardonnay) (optional (can replace with chicken stock))
2 Chicken breasts (seasoned with salt and black pepper)
1/2 cup All purpose flour (seasoned with salt and black pepper)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt (to taste)
Black pepper (to taste)
Pecorino or Parmigiana Cheese (for topping)
