INGREDIENTS
8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
.5 tsp each salt and pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
.25 tsp red chili flakes
1.25 cups basmati rice
2 tbsp Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
.5 lemon, thinly sliced and seeds removed (about 4 slices)
2 tbsp finely chopped fresh parsley
