2 garlic cloves
1 small shallot
1 cup pimento-stuffed green olives, drained
1 cup kalamata olives, drained
2 Tbsp capers, drained
1 Tbsp fresh oregano
3 Tbsp fresh parsley
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes 
1/4 cup olive oil
