INGREDIENTS
2 pounds ground beef (85 to 90%)
1 1/2 cups buttery cracker crumbs, (about 25 Ritz crackers)
1 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/2 cup tomato juice
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 large eggs, (lightly beaten)
1/2 cup condensed tomato soup, (undiluted)
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
