1-1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 cup (2-1/2 oz.) sweetened shredded coconut, untoasted or toasted
1-1/2 cups heavy cream
1/4 cup (1-3/4 oz.) granulated sugar
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pinch table salt
Sweetened shredded coconut, untoasted or toasted, for garnish
