1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

4 teaspoons all-purpose flour, divided
•
1 1/2 teaspoons orange juice
•
1/4 cup old-fashioned oats
•
3 tablespoons chopped almonds
•
4 teaspoons brown sugar
•
Pinch of cinnamon
•
1 tablespoon canola oil

Note: Feel free to mix and match. Blueberries, blackberries, diced peaches, plums or any favorite will make a fine dessert.
