Ingredients: 2 tablespoons olive oil; 2 pounds cubed beef stew meat; 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour; 4 cups water; 2 cups beef broth; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper; 4 cups cubed potatoes; 2 cups chopped carrots; 1 teaspoons dried rosemary; 1 cup fresh corn kernels; 1 cup fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces; 1 cup chopped turnip (optional); 2 cups chopped fresh tomatoes (optional) I love tomato so I add it.
