2 1/2 cups rolled oats + 1/2 cup extra for rolling
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed (linseed) or chia seed
1/2 teaspoon bicarb soda / baking soda
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup macadamia nut, coconut or olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
zest from 1 orange
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup dried muscatels or figs, chopped (see notes)
