INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup rolled oats
1 1/3 cups low-fat milk
4 oz. low-fat cream cheese or Neufchâtel cheese, softened
4 oz. reduced-fat sour cream
1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
2 bananas, halved lengthwise, each half cut into 3 pieces
2 Tbs. light brown sugar
1/4 cup toasted sliced almonds or other nuts for garnish, optional
