For the baklava:

1/2 cup (4oz/113g) unsalted butter
•
1 (500g/1lb) package phyllo (Filo) sheets, thawed
•
1 1/2 cups (1 lb/ 454g) Nutella
•
3/4 cups finely chopped hazelnuts, toasted, skinned & coarsely chopped
