You can use Macintosh or any other that you wish.; 1 pound roll Jimmy Dean regular sausage; 1/2 Cup of butter divided; 1 Tablespoon poultry seasoning; 1/2 tsp salt; 1/4 tsp black pepper; 1 cup Turkey stock or college in chicken broth; 1 cup apple juice or cider
