How to Make Icky Mishy
- Cut pork into bite size pieces and chop green onions. Cook pork and onions in a small amount of oil in a large skillet or 4-qt pan. Sprinkle with soy sauce as it cooks.
- After mixture is completely cooked, add eggs directly in with pork and onions and stir as to scramble.
- When eggs have cooked completely, add in the rice. Sprinkle lightly with soy sauce and stir together. Soy sauce may be added later per ones taste.
