Step 1

Put the soap in a double boiler over low heat. Heat slowly and do not let it come to a boil. When soap is melted add the distilled water to make a gentle shampoo. Not all companies make their soap the same. If the mixture is too thick, remelt and add more water til it is a thin liquid gel consistency
