To do this start at the farest place away from your front door, hitting every nook and cranny, making your way to the front door. You can smudge yourself to release negative energy or invite good to happen. You do this starting from the top down and doing both sides of your body You can make them by hanging your herb plants upside down to dry then bundling them together you just tie them tight and light one end and let it smolder
