1 cup flour
1/2 cup salt
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 cup water
1 tablespoon oil
- food coloring of choice

How To Make play dough

Step 1

In saucepan, mix all the ingredients and stir well. Drop in food coloring choice. Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, about 3mins or intil dough forms a ball. Turn out on was paper and kneed intil smooth, store in airtight containers.
