Not a bad "green" cleaner at all. It does the job and smells great too.

What I would do is use a gallon jar and fill it full of the orange peels..chop them up and just fill it. Then pour vinegar over the whole thing and seal, letting it set for two weeks..then transfer to a spray bottle and use for cleaning. Seal the rest and use when needed.
