- 1 1/2 cups non-t dry milk
- 1/2 cup water

Step 1Add water based color to milk and water. Apply to item or wall, let dry 24 hrs., apply 2nd coat & let dry 3 days. This is a recipe used in colonial times and is said to work quite well.
