How to Make Mess-less Make Up for Kids

  1. On a homemade palette (paper plate or piece of waxed paper or tinfoil) mix up some pretty colors for eye shadows and blushes (what ever containers that you may have.
  2. Paint the bottoms only of the make up containers. When dry, gloss over with clear nail polish.
  3. For lipstick, use an eyeshadow or lipgloss container, and again, paint it with lip colors. Cue tips can be used for little cosmetic brushes, and invest in a bag of cosmetic sponges and pads to use as well.
  4. These are great items to have in a play purse, along with a dead, outdated cel phone, a small brush, a small mirror and a coin purse with play money in it.
