    kosher salt
  • 1 c
    pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 small
    onion peeled and cut into quarters

    orange peel of (1 orange)

    bay leaves broken
  • 2 Tbsp
    mixed peppercorn
  • 1 Tbsp
    whole cloves
  • 2 c

How to Make Maple Bourbon Brine


  1. Mix all ingredients together, an bring to a slight boil,
    stir until everthing is dissloved
    let cool add ice.
