ink pen on wall cover-up before painting the walls

After writing a letter and using white out I thought why not try this on walls, after to much time and money spent on primers. Had I thought of this sooner.... This works quite well I have used it in my home and on some rental properties. This though isn't a good fix for the child who did a whole wall in ink pen you would need a gallon of white out for that.

Step 11st wash area (I use Windex)

Step 2Dab White Out (the one for ink) in the ink line, do this a couple of times, when dry?...

Step 3Apply wall paint. You may need to do step 2 1 more time. But it won't bleed threw your wall paint
