how to preserve cheese
I actually saw this on tv one night watching a Prepardedness program. I never realized you could do this and that cheese will keep indefinitely doing this. As you can see in my picture the cost. It is very reasonable. The secret is to dip cheese blocks with only light coatings. I love this idea, hope you do also! http://www.grapeandgranary.com
