This is very effect! And a whole lot cheaper...and safer than those store bought drain cleaners....:-)

Ingredients

  • - 1/4 cup baking soda
  • - 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • - 1 tablespoon coarse salt ,sea salt or kosher

How To Make homemade drain cleaner and declogger

  • Step 1
    Mix the salt & baking soda and pour into drain.
  • Step 2
    Follow with vinegar
  • Step 3
    Wait 15 minutes then " slowly " pour 2 cups almost boiling water down the drain.
  • Step 4
    If it seems to be draining well, then repeat this every two weeks or once a month, or every other month as necessary.
  • Step 5
    If it still seems sluggish then repeat.
