Ingredients

  • - 1/2 yard craft felt (72 inches wide)
  • - glue stick
  • - 16 pieces (13 inch) fiber trim holiday stickers
  • - 8 pieces (7 inch) fiber trim

How To Make holiday felt place mats and napkin rings

  • Step 1
To make place mats, cut four 17x13-inch pieces of felt (remaining felt will be used to make napkin rings). On each place mat, draw 2 parallel lines of glue at each 13-inch side. Place 13-inch pieces of fiber trim on glue; press to secure. Let glue dry. Place holiday stickers on place mats.
  • Step 2
To make napkin rings, cut four 7x2-inch strips from remaining felt. On each felt strip, draw 2 parallel 7-inch lines of glue down center. Place 7-inch pieces of fiber trim on glue; press to secure. Draw 1/2-inch-wide line of glue on one short end of each felt strip. Bring ends of each felt strip together and overlap to make ring; press together to secure ends. Let glue dry.
