Take 12 whole months clean them thoroughly of all Bitterness, hate,& jealously. Make them fresh and clean as possible.

Now Cut each month into 28-30, or -31 different parts. But Don't make up the whole batch at once.
Step 3

Prepare it "ONE DAY @ a TIME", out of these ingredients. Mix Well into each day, One part Faith, one part of patience, one part of courage, and one part of work. Add each day one part of hope, faithfulness, generousity, and Kindness. Blend one part prayer, and one part Meditation, and one good deed.
Step 4

Season the whole with a dash of Good Spirits, and Sprinkle of fun, and a pinch of play, and a cupful of good Humor. Pour all of thisi nto a vessel of Love.
