How To Make "grease & flour pan" trick/tip

Step 1When you make a cake & the recipe calls for you to "grease & flour" your pan... Use sugar instead of the flour. Flour tends to pull moister out of the cake, therefore drying it out. The sugar will keep the cake moist. If you choose raw organic sugar, you must use the fine-granular kind.
