How To Make glass bottle planter
-
Step 1Glass Bottle Cutting: Soak a piece of yard in nail polish remover. tie around bottle. light with a lit candle or lighter all the way around for about 10-15 seconds.
-
Step 2dip in bowl of cold water and you will have a perfect split everytime. Be sure to wear gloves and safety glasses just in case.
-
Step 3Invert the top of your bottle into the bottom piece. Before filling with dirt and planting, thread some oil lantern wick thread through the top and down the bottle neck. This will absorb the water up into the soil giving you a self watering planter.
