caps for jars!
I just learned this trick this summer from a good friend in the North. He brought out some pickled asparagus and I noticed the lid. He told me it was one that he recycled! (I thought it looked familiar) I added the idea of putting the sealing disc in the cap for airtight storage--works GREAT!

- - metal sealing lids
- 18 ounces peanut butter jar lids
How To Make caps for jars!

Step 1Put the sealing disc inside the cap for airtight storage.

Step 2If you don't need quite airtight just use the cap by itself!
