bob the builder quilt
LADIES, LADIES, LADIES, and gentlemen too, don't ever think you can't do something, that it is impossible. this quilt orginated from a coloring book, BOB, was about 2" tall in there. i was determined i wanted to make a large Bob, so i measured every line, curve, everything, mutiplied that by 10, and drew him out on freezer paper. when he was finished, he was 68" tall. fit on a twin size quilt perfect.

How To Make bob the builder quilt

Step 1find what you want to do, measure every line, curve,and angle, determine the size you want, and mutiply it by that figure, draw on freezer paper, cut out your pattern, then lay it on your material. cut this out. from here, iron this on fusible web, cut out, when all pieces are cut out, then you can start layering the way you want your picture to look. when all pieces are done, iron the whole thing on your fabric, start quilting.
