    drops peppermint essential oil

    drops cassia essential oil
  • 3
    drops lavender essential oil
  • 3
    drops juniper essential oil
  • 2
    drops roman chamomile essential oil
  • ·
    carrier oil such as grapeseed or safflower

How to Make Anti-Cramp Oil


  1. Place the essential oils in a 1/2 ounce glass bottle.
  2. Top it off with the carrier oil, cap and shake to combine.
  3. Massage into the stomach or lower back (or other cramping muscle) as needed.
