This works for those female cramps, though you really can use it on any cramping muscle.

How to Make Anti-Cramp Oil

Step-by-Step

  • 1Place the essential oils in a 1/2 ounce glass bottle.
  • 2Top it off with the carrier oil, cap and shake to combine.
  • 3Massage into the stomach or lower back (or other cramping muscle) as needed.
