- 15 - drops peppermint essential oil
- 10 - drops cassia essential oil
- 3 - drops lavender essential oil
- 3 - drops juniper essential oil
- 2 - drops roman chamomile essential oil
- - carrier oil such as grapeseed or safflower
How To Make anti-cramp oil

Step 1Place the essential oils in a 1/2 ounce glass bottle.

Step 2Top it off with the carrier oil, cap and shake to combine.
