How to Make gluten free pastry flour blend
- 1Using the following ratios will determine how many cups of mix you will make. What you will need is 2 parts of rice flour ( brown or white your preference) 2/3 part Potato starch and 1/3 part Tapioca starch.
Whisk all ingredients together and put in airtight container until ready to use.
